WARRANTY

We warrant our mala necklaces purchased from hi haven.net a five years warranty. 

The mala bracelets from Hi Haven come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This means that for up to warranty years after you have received the product, you may have the product repaired or exchanged. If you find that your order is defect, please e-mail us to mail@hihaven.net within a reasonable time.

OUR WARRANTY INCLUDES:

- Loose/broken beads

- Broken chains & bracelets

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a guarantee for everyday signs of wear such as scratches, oxidation, accidents, use of the product in an unintentional manner, incorrect use or abuse or other tortious conduct.

If you are in need of our Maintenance & Repair service please contact us at mail@hihaven.net.

After the warranty time  we still offer to repair Hi Haven pieces, however, there will be a repair and shipping fee covered by the customer.

​- Your receipt of purchase

- Description of your repair(s).
